This policy explains what information TCG Tech, LLC collects, how we use it, and how we protect it. We don't sell your information.
Information we collect
- Contact and billing details, such as your name, business name, address, email and phone number.
- Information about the computers and networks we support, such as device names, installed software, system health, updates and security alerts, collected by our monitoring tools.
- Information you share with us while we help you.
- Messages you send through the contact form on our website.
When we work on your devices, we may see files or accounts stored there. We look only at what the job requires.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Zoho Payments. You enter your card or bank details on their secure payment page, and we don't see or store your full card or bank account number.
How we use your information
- To provide, monitor and support the services you've asked for.
- To send quotes, invoices, receipts and payment reminders.
- To contact you about your service, including security alerts.
- To keep business and tax records as the law requires.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we use to run our business, and only as needed for them to do their part. These include our accounting and invoicing system, our payment processor, our remote monitoring, security and backup tools, our email provider, and the form service behind our website's contact form. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Passwords
We store passwords only when we need them to do our work and only with your permission, in an encrypted password manager. You can choose to keep your own passwords instead.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable safeguards, such as encryption, multi-factor sign-in and limited access, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will tell you promptly if your information is affected by a security incident.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a client and afterward only as long as needed for business, tax and legal records.
Your choices

Our website
Our website doesn't use advertising trackers. The contact form is handled by a form service (Formspree) and protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms.
Children
Our services aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
