Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective October 14, 2026

We want you to be happy with our work. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for TCG Tech, LLC services. If you have a signed service agreement, that agreement controls wherever it differs from this policy.

Cancelling a plan

Monthly and other recurring plans can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. An email to info@tcg-tech.net counts. Your plan continues and is billed through the end of the notice period, and there are no charges after that.

If you've prepaid past the end of the notice period (for example, a quarterly or six-month invoice), we'll refund the unused full months.

When service ends, we remove our monitoring, remote-support and backup tools and help you keep a copy of your backed-up data if your plan included backup.

Hourly and completed work

Work that has already been done isn't refundable. If you're not satisfied with something we did, contact us within 30 days. We'll look at it with you and make it right by redoing the work or crediting your account.

Quoted projects

You can cancel a quoted project at no charge before work starts. If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work done and for any costs we can't get back, such as special-order parts or non-refundable licenses. Any deposit beyond that is refunded.

Hardware and software

Hardware and software we buy for you follow the seller's or maker's return and warranty policies. If a return is possible, we'll handle it for you, and any restocking fee the seller charges is passed through at cost.

Billing mistakes and duplicate payments

If we bill you incorrectly or you pay the same invoice twice, we'll refund the extra amount in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card and bank refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 10 business days.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@tcg-tech.net or call 814-822-0057 with your name and invoice number. We'll reply within 3 business days. If you have a question about a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank so we can sort it out quickly.
