Terms of Service

Effective October 14, 2026

These terms explain how TCG Tech, LLC (“TCG-Tech,” “we,” “us”) provides its services and how invoices are paid. By hiring us or paying one of our invoices, you agree to these terms.

1. Your service agreement comes first

If you have a signed service agreement with us, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms. These terms cover everything the agreement doesn't, and they apply on their own to work done without a signed agreement.

2. Our services

We provide computer repair and maintenance, setup and purchase help, managed IT and monitoring plans, network and storage installation, website development and maintenance, and custom app development for homes and small businesses.

Hardware replacement, system rebuilds, new setups and projects are quoted before work starts. We don't begin quoted work until you approve the quote.

3. Fees and payment

If an invoice goes unpaid, we'll contact you. Late charges or pauses in service apply only where your signed service agreement provides for them.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Remote access and security

We install monitoring, remote-support and backup tools only with your permission, and we remove them when your service ends. We use reasonable care to protect your systems, but no security product or service can stop every threat, and we can't guarantee that your systems will never be breached, infected or lose data.

6. Warranties

We perform our work in a careful and professional manner. Hardware and software carry only their makers' warranties. Apart from what's stated here or in your service agreement, our services are provided without other warranties, to the extent the law allows.

7. Limit on liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or lost business.

8. Ending service

Plans are month to month unless your agreement says otherwise. Either of us can end a plan with 30 days' written notice, and email counts. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how the final bill works.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we protect it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Blair County, Pennsylvania.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version on this page with its effective date. Changes to a signed service agreement follow the notice rules in that agreement.
